For those of you into music and skating Rude Boyz production along with Verizon and of all things Peta will be putting on what could be a pretty sick event at the Sonoma Fairgrounds the weekend of June 12th-14th.

For a break known for it's almost dry reef drops and huge barrels, the 3rd stop on the ASP World Tour, Teahupoo saw small 4ft (1.5 meters for our foreign readers) but clean sets the last day of the comptetition. The final came down to Santa Barbara born Bobby Martinez vs. Australian charger Taj Burrow. Bobby moved into the finals after beating Aritz Aranburu of the Basque country in the 2nd semi, while Taj moved in by taking out fellow Australian Michael Campbell in the first semi.

Coming without too much surprise, James Stewart did what most thought he would do all season---Win. It's not that he won that surprised me and many others I'm sure, or the fact that the championship came down to the final race (although certainly closer than I thought) but the way that the final race went down that really revealed a lot about the two racers

If the definition of sucking means winning everything you touch, making large 7 figure salaries, being an Olympic gold medalist, and bangin' chicks WAYYYYY out of your league on the reg, then you have just defined Shaun White's life.

Unfortunately though for you and me, sucking is what our lives do and we have NONE of those things (unless you've gotten lucky and puddle jumped the pecking order for a night).  Now to add insult to injury Shaun White has been invited to participate in an event called Skate Cayman.

No matter how much your Monday sucks, and I'm sure it sucks quite a bit, you can always find a little peace and solace in knowing that it will more than likely never suck quite as much as this.

With only 3 points of seperation, and two races left in the AMA Supercross series, James Stewart and Chad Reed will be fighting it out for the right to claim Supercross supremacy.

Welcome to the third 'official' installment of Teabag Tuesday.  Today's gargling recipient has a big ol' Bullseye on it's face...literally.  Welcome to the club, Target.

One of my biggest problems with action sports is what I would call the infiltration of corporate America into it. I don't have the same problem with Target joining the ranks (they've already pimped out the biggest name in Snowboarding with Shaun White) as I do with the likes of McDonald's, Taco Bell, or The US Marine Corps but this time, they've gone just a bit too far.

Ok, so I may have gotten a little delinquent on my weekly post.  Yes Teabag Tuesday should have come out on Tuesday.  That's pretty obvy by just the name.  Did I deserve a special addition Teabag Thursday post....? Most definitely.  Somebody has to keep my ass in line and who better to do that, than my hate-inspiring bros...
